Responsibility
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, budgets, and timelines for plumbing, filtration, and pump system installations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to procure materials, tools, and equipment required for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols (OSHA, local regulations).
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including work logs, incident documentation, and compliance records.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues, providing immediate solutions to minimize downtime and delays.
- Ensure all installations meet technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a culture of accountability and risk mitigation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in site coordination, construction management, or field supervision, preferably in plumbing, water treatment, or mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for system installations.
- Strong knowledge of pump systems, filtration technologies, and plumbing codes (e.g., ASME, ANSI, or local Indonesian standards).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards, first aid, or construction management is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to Bali’s tropical climate conditions.
