Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for fire protection system installations, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including client updates, progress reports, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure all fire protection systems meet or exceed safety and quality standards, including NFPA, ISO, and local codes.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on fire protection systems or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection standards, including NFPA, ISO, and local Indonesian regulations.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CFPS (Certified Fire Protection Specialist), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
