Responsibility
- Ensure all site works comply with RECODA Specifications and the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and document non-conformances, defects, or deviations from project specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports, including inspection records, test results, and compliance documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of RECODA Specifications, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience with quality inspection tools, testing methods, and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in QA/QC (e.g., CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma) is a plus.
