Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and finance teams, to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Oversee contractor and vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in capital project management, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or beverage industry.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding IDR 50 billion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites across Indonesia.
