As a key member of our construction and design department, you will play a pivotal role in project lifecycle management. From conducting site inspections and coordinating with contractors to refining design details for client approval, your contribution will directly impact our clients' satisfaction. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
Responsibility
- Oversee site operations to ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality specifications.
- Translate design concepts into actionable construction drawings and detailed specifications.
- Coordinate seamlessly with sub-contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement swift, effective solutions.
- Manage project documentation, including variation orders, progress reports, and material schedules.
- Ensure all interior design installations align with the approved aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Liaise with clients to provide project updates and resolve any design or site-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site coordination or interior design project execution.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and fit-out processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
