Responsibility
- Create eye-catching Instagram posts, stories, reels, and carousels aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop social media templates, banners, and promotional graphics to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute visual content strategies.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for digital platforms.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in social media graphics.
- Manage and organize design assets, including fonts, images, and color palettes.
- Contribute to brand identity development through consistent and innovative visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (Canva, Figma).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects, especially for digital/social platforms.
- Excellent understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design requests efficiently.
- Familiarity with Instagram’s design requirements (aspect ratios, file formats, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret briefs into visual concepts.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
