Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company vehicles (e.g., trucks, vans) to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of personnel to and from construction locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to verify roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and site safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist with loading and unloading of heavy materials using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and prioritize urgent shipments.
- Perform minor vehicle repairs and ensure cleanliness of assigned vehicles.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in construction or logistics.
- Familiarity with Baliās roads, traffic regulations, and construction site access routes.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 25 kg) and work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings, as required by project demands.
