Responsibility
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment design and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
- Travel to various client sites within Bali to deliver timely and efficient service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute to various locations in Bali.
