Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies.
- Conduct time-motion studies, capacity analysis, and process simulations to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial hardware.
- Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies (certification is a plus).
- Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, or production planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, OSHA, or other industry-specific standards is advantageous.
