Responsibility
- Design and oversee the construction of data center infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure all construction activities align with environmental and sustainability guidelines.
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and construction teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
