Responsibility

  • Assist the Site Manager and Site Supervisor in daily administrative tasks and site operations.
  • Maintain and organize site documentation, including permits, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and other site-related documents.
  • Manage site inventory and track the usage of construction materials and equipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, invoices, and financial reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic construction management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, terminology, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
