Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, handling mail, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
