Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital or manual systems.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in processing incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification and documentation.
  • Prepare and organize purchase orders, delivery notes, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply needs for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies.
  • Support other administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and office coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar administrative role (entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg (physical demands may vary).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
