Responsibility
- Manage and process student enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, convert inquiries, and maintain CRM records.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, invoices, and administrative documents.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional service.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, open days, and language workshops.
- Maintain organized filing systems for student records, contracts, and financial documents.
- Collaborate with marketing to update website content, brochures, and social media with current course offerings.
- Monitor inventory of educational materials and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, sales support, or customer service, preferably in education or service industries.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
