Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document processing to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the preparation and organization of medical and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining office calendars for staff and management.
- Help maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide general support to office staff and medical professionals, including photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
