Responsibility
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of government grants, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and timelines.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, progress updates, and audit documentation for grant-funded programmes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., government agencies, beneficiaries) to facilitate smooth programme execution.
- Conduct data analysis and budget tracking to optimize resource allocation and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the development of grant proposals and funding applications by compiling necessary documentation and justifications.
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures, disbursements, and programme milestones in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation for grant-related activities, escalating issues as needed.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on grant management best practices and policy changes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in grant management, administrative support, or project coordination, preferably in the public sector or consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with government grant processes, compliance frameworks, or audit requirements is highly advantageous.
