Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our advanced warehouse management system (WMS)
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, invoices, and customs paperwork for both domestic and international shipments
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local/international shipping standards
- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Liaise with logistics teams, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Train and supervise junior warehouse staff on proper procedures and system usage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with 5S principles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail for inventory management and documentation
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot operational issues
- Physical ability to work in warehouse environments (standing, lifting up to 15kg occasionally)
