Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage academic application processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of documents.
- Liaise with students, faculty, and administrative staff to facilitate smooth communication and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain and update academic records, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations on application statistics and trends for management review.
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and events related to academic applications.
- Provide administrative support to the academic team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the functionality and usability of application portals and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational or academic setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with academic management software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures is a plus.
