Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager and Coordinator in planning, executing, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up on.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and project strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other project-related materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with basic project management methodologies is a plus.
