Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Maintain and update executive calendars, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by executives, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
