Responsibility
- Assist the Operations Team in coordinating and executing daily operational activities, including event setup, logistics, and facility management.
- Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and maintain venue facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event organizers, vendors, and staff, to facilitate seamless event experiences.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to operational performance and event outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to expand knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to process improvements and innovative ideas to elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Basic understanding of event operations, logistics, or facility management (prior experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are an advantage.
