Responsibility

  • Assist the Operations Team in coordinating and executing daily operational activities, including event setup, logistics, and facility management.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor and maintain venue facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event organizers, vendors, and staff, to facilitate seamless event experiences.
  • Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to operational performance and event outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovative ideas to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
  • Basic understanding of event operations, logistics, or facility management (prior experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
