Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee record management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
