Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Maintain and update internal databases, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee record management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and office equipment is a plus.
