Responsibility
- Manage and maintain project-related data with high accuracy, ensuring consistency across systems and reports.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for Supply Chain stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and progress updates.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including documentation, meeting scheduling, and communication between project teams and vendors.
- Assist in inventory tracking and logistics documentation to support supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively flagging potential delays or risks to the project manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and input data into project management tools.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of project-related documents.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
