Responsibility
- Register, prepare, and distribute letters, memos, and documents related to Collection & Asset Recovery processes.
- Process and reconcile payments made by clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including correspondence and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Legal) to verify and validate collection data.
- Generate reports on collection performance, payment statuses, and recovery metrics for management review.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, escalating issues as necessary to the relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with SeaBank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes related to collection documentation or payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative, collection, or financial operations roles, preferably in banking or fintech.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and reconciliation procedures.
- Effective communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (e.g., OJK) is a plus.
