Responsibility
- Lead and supervise on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and implement engineering solutions for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections, assess soil conditions, and recommend appropriate construction methodologies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to support project planning and execution.
- Monitor compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols to ensure project legality and sustainability.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and subcontractors while optimizing costs and delivery schedules.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting challenges, solutions, and key performance indicators.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site civil engineering or project engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering design software; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or professional engineering licensure (e.g., P.Eng) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
