Responsibility
- Conduct onsite inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of machinery and systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to operate and maintain their systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and improvement strategies.
- Document all service activities, including reports on issues resolved, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all onsite activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for service calls and emergencies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, with flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
