Responsibility

  • Conduct onsite inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of machinery and systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to operate and maintain their systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and improvement strategies.
  • Document all service activities, including reports on issues resolved, parts replaced, and recommendations for future maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all onsite activities.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for service calls and emergencies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
