Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for construction and marine projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for electrical installations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, civil engineers, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement maintenance protocols to optimize the performance and longevity of electrical infrastructure.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in electrical engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on construction or marine projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design and simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA, IEC, and local electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team supervision.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
