Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share in the data center and industrial cooling segments.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to deliver tailored cooling solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned segments.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on piping systems and cooling technologies.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center cooling, industrial cooling, or piping systems.
- Proven track record in segment management, business development, or sales within a technical industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, or fluid dynamics principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
- Experience working with global clients or multinational corporations is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and travel as needed.
