Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all project-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of local and international building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
