Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction site operations to ensure adherence to engineering designs and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve on-site engineering challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering software.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
