Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, architects, and engineers to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Create and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction and handover.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential conflicts between disciplines.
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support construction and project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices to maintain model integrity and consistency.
- Assist in the implementation of BIM workflows and provide training and support to project teams as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in modeling practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role, with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Indonesia is a plus.
