Responsibility
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and material quality.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses to senior management.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
- Resolve on-site challenges, including resource allocation, logistical issues, and stakeholder conflicts.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to project sites as required.
