Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for construction projects in Bali.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and budget adherence.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and operational updates for stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.
- Lead on-site inspections to verify work quality, resolve issues, and maintain project integrity.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to support project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Southeast Asia or similar markets.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
