Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for rental properties and facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to schedule and execute maintenance activities efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Monitor and track maintenance progress, providing updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to minimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, facility management, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or rental industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address maintenance challenges proactively.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
