Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks at construction sites, including documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans under the guidance of senior management.
- Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and equipment, placing orders as needed to avoid project delays.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site, reporting any incidents or hazards promptly.
- Support the procurement process by preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Provide administrative support during project meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within the construction industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology, processes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
