Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks at construction sites, including documentation, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve operational issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans under the guidance of senior management.
  • Monitor inventory levels of construction materials and equipment, placing orders as needed to avoid project delays.

Qualifications
