Responsibility
- Lead and supervise M&E construction teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align M&E works with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL).
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings for M&E components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and delays.
- Manage procurement of M&E materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E supervision for construction projects (commercial, residential, or infrastructure).
- Proven track record of managing M&E projects with budgets exceeding IDR 5B.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design review.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with LEED or Green Building standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or commute to project sites in Badung, Denpasar, or surrounding areas.
