Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve issues, and maintain adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement sustainable construction practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and environmental impact.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and certifications (e.g., OSHA) to ensure a secure work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites across Bali as required.
