You will act as the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring that project documentation, site reports, and team coordination are handled with precision and efficiency. Responsibility
- Manage daily site administrative operations, including document control and filing systems for the MMSP-CP101 project.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute project-related correspondence, memoranda, and site activity reports.
- Coordinate site schedules, meetings, and project logistics between the engineering team and subcontractors.
- Maintain an organized tracking system for site equipment, materials, and employee attendance records.
- Facilitate the processing of permits, site passes, and safety documentation in compliance with project protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and presentations for project management review.
- Ensure the office environment remains conducive to productivity, managing supplies and office equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site administration, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Tandang Sora and interact with diverse teams including technical engineers and contractors.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail.
