Responsibility
- Lead site acquisition projects in Kalimantan, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility assessments to identify optimal locations.
- Negotiate with landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure site agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local laws and permits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and mitigate risks.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for network expansion.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on site acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in negotiating and securing site agreements.
- Strong understanding of site survey processes and network infrastructure requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Kalimantan is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to Kalimantan and other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
