Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries about accessories and mobile phones.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail counter and display areas.
- Educate customers on product features, promotions, and warranty policies to drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in merchandising tasks, including restocking and arranging products.
- Uphold company standards for service excellence and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Familiarity with mobile phones and accessories is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
