Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on furniture selections tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of San-Yang Furnitureâs collections, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
- Assist with furniture assembly, delivery coordination, and post-purchase support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom, including stocking, tagging, and rotating displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Basic knowledge of furniture assembly, materials, and interior design principles is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move furniture (up to 20-25 kg) and work in a physically active role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, CRM tools, or inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as needed.
