Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination of product assortments, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seasonal trends in travel retail.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Support the execution of visual merchandising strategies, including planogram implementation, product placement, and promotional displays.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product-related issues, track deliveries, and ensure timely restocking.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory turnover, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of in-store promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in internal systems and databases.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and sales teams to optimize product placement and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or inventory management, preferably in travel retail or FMCG.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and retail management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with vendors, teams, and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
