Responsibility
- Process foreign currency exchanges accurately and efficiently for international guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with financial transactions and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or discrepancies with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with the finance team to report any irregularities or suspicious activities.
- Stay updated on exchange rates and financial trends to provide informed advice to customers.
- Uphold high standards of integrity and confidentiality in all financial dealings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier, banking, or financial services role.
