Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail outlets, providing product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer outreach and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions using company systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in setting up and managing retail displays to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a bonus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
