Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending premium gold and jewelry products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, and market trends to offer accurate and compelling advice.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the craftsmanship and value of luxury items.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and luxurious in-store experience.
- Handle transactions, inventory checks, and after-sales service with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of gold, precious metals, and gemstones, or willingness to undergo product training.
- Passion for customer service and a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele.
