Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, refunds, and payments (cash, card, digital).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including restocking shelves and displays.
- Handle inventory management tasks, such as tracking stock levels, reporting low supplies, and assisting with deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
- Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Assist in daily opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
