Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive sales growth through strategic promotions, customer engagement, and upselling techniques.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, handling escalations and resolving complaints professionally.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with the management team on staffing, scheduling, and payroll administration.
- Represent the brand at local events, building relationships with interior designers, contractors, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering memorable shopping experiences.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and furniture materials is highly desirable.
