Responsibility
- Lead site acquisition efforts in Kalimantan, identifying and evaluating potential locations for business expansion.
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess feasibility, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with landowners, property managers, and local authorities to secure favorable deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and business partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth acquisition processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure all acquisitions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, site acquisition, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in negotiating and securing site acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of site surveying, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and site surveying tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Kalimantan and other regions as needed.
