Responsibility

  • Manage and update the customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting company targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Knitto Textiles as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the textile, retail, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
