Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and visibility in-store.
- Collaborate with store managers and visual merchandising teams to create attractive and engaging displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product assortment and placement.
- Train and guide store staff on merchandising best practices and brand standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our merchandising strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and customer insights.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail to design appealing in-store displays.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools is a plus.
